Apple has once again secured the top position in smartphone satisfaction, according to J.D. Power and Associates. It bested Motorola and HTC in that market.

Android 2.2 holds a sizable lead in the Android ecosystem, according to data on the platform's developer page reflecting the first two weeks of March.

By the end of this year, Sprint says it will start CDMA cell service with the aim of closing down iDEN cell sites by 2013.
